Sign-On Bonus Overview

• Minimum Bonus: $1,500 (guaranteed)

• Maximum Bonus: Up to $10,000 total

 

Base Bonus (Guaranteed)

• $1,500 paid on your first paycheck

• Paid after:

  • Completing training

  • Beginning scheduled client appointments

Additional Bonus (Up to $8,500)

• Earn $100 per client you bring with you

• Maximum of 85 clients eligible

 

Client Qualification Requirements

To count toward your bonus, each client must:

• Book their first appointment using your personalized welcome link

• Receive at least 8 haircuts within your first 12 months

 

Welcome Link Details

• Provided after hiring/testing

• Includes a $25 discount for the client’s first visit

• Active for 90 days (first 3 months of employment)

• Used to help transfer your existing clientele

 

Bonus Payout Timing

• Additional bonus is paid at your 12-month anniversary

• Paid in one lump sum

• Only clients meeting all requirements are counted

 

Important Notes

• Must still be employed at the time of payout

• Bonus is taxable income and included in your W-2​
